Hardy Group plc
Presidio Reinsurance Management Limited has agreed a strategic partnership with the Hardy Group plc, a specialist insurer operating within Lloyd’s of London, to provide a range of marketing, consulting and administrative services in respect of Accident and Health reinsurance.
Hardy has been in operation in the London insurance market since 1976. Its business is centred around its two Lloyd’s syndicates 382 and 38Twenty through which it underwrites a range of insurance and reinsurance classes on a world-wide basis. For more information visit www.hardygroup.co.uk.
Catlin Group
Presidio Reinsurance Management Limited has an agreement with Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Limited (“Catlin”), an international specialist insurer and reinsurer, under which Presidio will underwrite disease carve-out products, such as Organ Transplant reinsurance. The business will be developed in conjunction with Tethys Health Ventures (“Tethys”) of Hunt Valley, Maryland, USA who will provide managed care, network management and specialist care management. Catlin is wholly owned by Catlin Group Limited (UK:CGL) , headquartered in Bermuda. The group has been in operation since 1984 and writes more than 30 classes of property/casualty business worldwide.
