Vespasian Management Ltd (“Vespasian”) an Accident and Health reinsurance specialist based in London and New York announces that it has agreed a strategic partnership with the Hardy underwriting group, a specialist insurer operating within Lloyd’s of London.  Through its managed syndicate, 38Twenty, Hardy will underwrite a portfolio of risks introduced by Vespasian, with a view to establishing a full binding authority in the near future, subject to the normal process of approval of Lloyd’s coverholders.
